Return/Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lolita Luxuries we strive for all our customers to 100% enjoy their luxurious products. 

Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons our products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If in the event of a defective product or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must notify us within in 72 hours of receiving your order for consideration of a refund or product replacement. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
